Gmax testing is recognised throughout the USA and should be performed annually in order to ensure the safety of players.

Gmax measures the impact attenuation of a surface. This measure must be below 200g’s to meet standards ASTM F1936. If any test point on the surface is above 200g’s remediation would be required. Testing is recommended biannually to ensure optimum maintenance and allow for remediations to be implemented in a timely manner.
